Obituary of Mary Cooper
Mary Cooper, 93, a lifelong resident of Asbury, NJ, died Thursday, July 27, 2006 in Country Arch Care Center, Union Township, NJ.
Born: On October 31, 1912 in Asbury, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Clara Warne.
Personal: Mary was a homemaker. She graduated from 9th grade in a one room schoolhouse in Asbury, NJ.
Memberships: Mary was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Peggy Warne Chapter, and the Asbury Fire Department Women's Auxiliary.
Survivors: She is survived by a son, Robert Jr. and his wife Mary of Asbury; two nieces, Catherine Antonow, and Arlene Warne; and a nephew, Donald Warner.
Services: Visitation will be Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ. Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. with the Reverend Gina Yeske officiating at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Asbury Methodist Cemetery, Asbury, NJ.
