Obituary of Tom L. Temple
Tom L. Temple Jr., 70, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2010 at Hackettstown Hospital.
Born: in Appleton, WI, on January 16, 1940, he was a son of the late Tom L. Sr. and Arleen Temple.
Personal: He was a resident of Washington Township since 1973, previously from Fond Du Lac, WI. Tom was a school bus driver for Snyder Bus Co. in Washington. He also worked for Rural America Ambulance Service as a EMT. Tom graduated from Lawrence College in Appleton, WI., with a degree in teaching. Tom served proudly in the Army during peace time. He enjoyed train nostalgia and visiting train museums, Tom was a classic movie buff.
Memberships: He was a past member of the Oxford Lions Club.
Survivors: His loving wife of 40 years Elizabeth; a son, Thomas Nehls and his wife Carol of Lees Summit, MO; two granddaughters, Kaitlin and Allison. He was predeceased by a brother Robert Temple.
Services: a memorial service will be held on Saturday March 20, 2010. Calling hours from 10 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11 a.m. at the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. Cremation will be private.
