Obituary of LaRue Ann Trimmer
LaRue Ann Trimmer, 60, of Washington, passed away peacefully at Hackensack Medical Center on Friday, July 30, 2010
Born: August 25, 1949 in Easton, PA, daughter of the late Warren H. and Anna Kresge.
Personal: LaRue worked as a driver for NORWESCAP in Phillipsburg, NJ for 20 years before retiring in 1991.
She has lived in Washington since 1972; prior to that she resided in Nazareth, PA.
Memberships: She was a life member of VFW Post 6701 ladies Auxiliary, and life member of the Destroyer Escort Sailors Association Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors: Her loving husband of 21 years, Jack; four brothers, Warren Kresge Jr. and his wife, Anna of Nazareth; Eugene Kresge and his wife, Dolores of Nazareth, Melvin Kresge and his wife, Laraine of Penn Argyl and Randy Kresge and his wife, Barbara of East Stroudsburg; two sisters, Mary Peters of Nazareth, and Jacquelynn Emerson and her husband, Carl of Missouri; two step-sons, Jack Jr. of TX and Jeffery of Washington; four step-daughters, Terri Trimmer of Washington, Brenda L. Terry of TX, Patricia Allen of Lehighton and Dianna Pinitsch of TN; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday August 5, 2010 from 7-9:00 p.m. at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. A funeral service will be held Friday, August 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor James Scovell Officiating at the funeral home. Burial in Bloomsbury Cemetery.
