Cindy Kay Fox, 56 passed away peacefully on May 18, 2013 surrounded by her loved ones in St. Luke's Hospital. Born: on October 24, 1956 in Raritan Twp, NJ to the late Carl and Mildred Higgins Personal: Cindy was a lifelong resident of Oxford, NJ. She graduated from Warren Hills high school class of 1975. Cindy worked in quality control for IMCO in Belvidere, NJ. She also worked for Delaware River Camp Ground. Survivors: Her loving husband of 35 years Harry; two daughters, Melissa Fox and her husband Matt and Brittney Goccia; A grandson Dominick; A sister Vicki Widner and her husband Alonzo; one niece and two nephews Predeceased: A sister Carla Miley passed earlier Services: Cremation will be private.
