Obituary of Evelyn Reese

Evelyn "Ann" Reese, 75, of Annandale, NJ died January 17, 2009 in Dover, NJ. Born: April 3, 19 33 in Morristown, NJ, a daughter of the late Robert and Catherine Hand. Personal: She resided in Annandale, NJ for 25 years; prior to that she lived in High Bridge, NJ. Evelyn was an operator for NJ Bell, Morristown for seven years. She loved to spend time with and watch her grandchildren. Evelyn not only loved to watch game shows, but also enjoyed playing card games, board games and solving Gig saw puzzles. She was a dedicated NY Yankees fan. Memberships: Evelyn was a member of the 1952 graduating class of Morristown High School. She was also a member of the Clinton Presbyterian Church. Survivors: Three daughters, Carol Cooper and her husband, James of Annandale, Tammy Taeschler and her husband, Michael of Washington and Billie Joe Shauger and her husband, Steven of Glen Gardner; two sisters, Margaret Dunn of Texas and Catherine Ayres of Sussex, NJ; six grandchildren, Michael, Jake, Brielle, Milei, Larissa and Jimi. Her first husband, Donald Ayres died in 1972 and her second husband, William Reese died in 1988. Services: Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 21 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM in the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington, 07882. A service will be held on Thursday, January 22 at 11AM in the Funeral Home. Friends may call from 10AM until the time of service in the Funeral Home.
