Obituary of Shirley Renee' Richmond

Shirley Renee' Richmond, 55, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, December 23, 2010 in Mansfield Twp. Born: June 17, 1955 in Wichita KS , daughter of Jack G. Harwick of Washington Twp. Morris County and the late Bernice Harwick. Personal: Renee' earned a degree in nursing at Somerset Community College and Summit school of nursing. Renee' was a nurse at Hagedorn Psychiatric Hospital in Lebanon Twp. Earlier she worked as a nurse at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility in Clinton . She lived in Mansfield Twp for 25 Years, previously residing in Winchester Mass. She was of the catholic faith. She enjoyed needlepoint, crocheting and gardening. Memberships: Renee' has been an active member of the Warren Hills wrestling club for many years. Survivors: Her loving husband of 34 years, John Richmond; a daughter, Kathryn Richmond of Lock Haven, PA; three sons, Robert Richmond and his wife Crystal of Fort Bragg, NC, David Richmond of Lock Haven, PA and Peter Richmond of Mansfield Twp; her father, Jack Harwick of Washington Twp. Morris County; three brothers, George Harwick of Philadelphia, Clifford Harwick of Annandale, NJ and Wade Harwick of Glenrock, NJ She was predeceased by her mother, Bernice. Services: Visitation will be held Monday December 27, 2010 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave , Washington , NJ 07882 . A service will be held Monday at 3:00 p.m. with Fr. Blaise Baran officiating at the Memorial Home. Cremation will be private. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 7 Ridgedale Ave, Suite 103 , Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927.
