Fannie DiPerna, 92, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004 in Heath Village Nursing Home, Washington Twp., Morris Couty, NJ where she was a resident for two years. She previously resided in Brooklyn, NY.
Born: March 21, 1912 in New York City, NY, a daughter of the late Alfonso & Maria Giuseppa "D'Amico" Tramontano.
Personal: Fannie was employed for 35 years as a Dress Maker for Marchese Dress Making, Brooklyn, NJ. She retired in 1977.
Her husband Louis died in 1964.
Fannie loved to read, enjoyed opera, and her cooking was enjoyed by all who knew her.
Memberships: She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Washington.
Survivors: A daughter Gloria and her husband Carl LaGrassa of Oldwick; son Cosmo and his wife Madeline of Palm Coast, FL; granddaughter Teressa and grandson Louis.
Services: Funeral Mass at 10 AM Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 200 W. Carlton Ave., Washington, NJ. Burial will be at St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, NY. Call Saturday 6-8 PM and Sunday 2-5 PM and 7-9 PM.
