Obituary of Kristin P. Kiessling
Kristin P. Kiessling, 51, of Washington, formerly of Hackettstown and Ariz., died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, in Bayonne Medical Center.
Born: August 15, 1952, in Sewickey, Pa. a son of the late George Kiessling and Claire Morris.
Personal: He and his wife, Cornelia, were married 10 years.Kristin served in the Navy achieving the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade.
He was the CFO and vice president of finance at Bayonne Medical Center.Kristin graduated from the University of Utah, earning a bachelor's degree in science.
If he wasn't spending time with his family or volunteering at his church, he could be found on the golf course. He also enjoyed gardening.
Kristin will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Memberships: He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Washington, where he was on the finance committee.
Survivors: his loving wife; two sons, Brian and Kristin, both of Hackettstown; a daughter, Sara of Newton, N.J.; three brothers, Kurt of Wis., Peter of N.C. and Jeffery of Ariz.; two sisters, Barbara Kohl of Riverdale, N.J. and Rebecca Strolic of Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: A Mass will be held 3 p.m. Friday in the church, 200 W. Carlton Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Robert Ascolese officiating. Call 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Avenue, Washington. Online tributes available at
