Sending my condolences to all the family. Mrs Szymanski was truly a beautiful, caring, loving, person. She was my mother-in-law, that brought me into her family with all the love in her heart along with the rest of the family. I spent many days, nights holidays etc with the family playing cards and just being together. When I had my daughter Krystyna Marie she took care of her as if she was her own when I ending up having an operation and I was not able to take care of my daughter because of it. She had always treated me as family even after I got divorced from her son. I will never forget the love she showed me or my daughter. Because of her, my daughter learned the language, joined Krakowianki, learned her Polish heritage and even went to St Stans, in Brooklyn,NY until she graduated. I will never forget talking with her and sometimes she forgot I really did not speak Polish but we found a way to understand each other. I will miss my talks with her but It is comforting knowing she is not longer in pain.
