Obituary of Laurence M Danitz

Laurence M. Danitz, 89, of Harmony Township passed away peacefully at his home on December 30, 2023. Laurence was born on March 28, 1934 in New York City to the late Edward W. and Georgina "MacLean" Danitz. He graduated from Plainfield High School class of 1953. After high school he joined the US Coast Gard and served proudly during the Korean War. Laurence was employed as a salesmen for Bradley and Caldwell for many years before his retirement. He loved his family, his home, splitting firewood and a good martini. We will all miss him. He was "one of a kind". Laurence is survived by his wife Patricia; his children, Lauren Toro (Richard), Robert Danitz (Tammy) and Judy McDonnell (Jerry); a step daughter, Kelly Boggio (Michael); a brother, Edward William Danitz; grandchildren; Brad (Erica), Kristen, Jared, Ryan (Makenzie), Andrew (Yuki) Rachel (Erick), Matthew, Nicholas and Anthony; Great Grandchildren, Natalie, Brody and Reed.
