We always said our friendship proved that age does not matter between friends. I will miss your stories and guidance. I know you are happy to be with your husband and Linda. Mrs Hammargren (Donna) was my mother’s best friend from the time they met as nurses in Morristown in 1953. I remember her always being like a wonderful “Aunt” to me and my brothers. We shared a love of dogs and she was pleased when I named my new puppy after my mom, her dear friend. I will miss our chats and texts. She was always so proud of her family and kept me updated always. Deepest sypathies to Karen, Susan and their families.

Mrs. Hammargren was a lovely lady. I enjoyed many nice visits with her over the years, we liked to talk about nursing. My condolences to Karen and Susan on the passing of your Wonderful Mom Donna She was like Mom to all of us in the afternoon Group She told tales of her farm life , nursing school and present day history We shared all our secrets with her and our dreams as well She loved to laugh and share a joke I will always remember her during Covid as we were all trying to get Vaccinated And worried we’d get the Disease She will be missed by many I visited her in October in her condo with Judy for support We hugged and said our last Goodbye She is up there with the Angels as she certainly was one. Love Peggy Hourihan Building 70 I moved closer to friends on Bergen County And am very happy .
