Obituary of Leah Krepps

Leah Krepps, 91, of Franklin Township, passed away peacefully at home on June 3, 2010. Born: April 4, 1919 in Newell, PA, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Mary Bettegar. Personal: She lived in Franklin Township since 1974, previously in Fort Lee and Bergenfield, NJ. Leah worked as an accountant with her husband in their family business, May Fair Recording Studio, NY, NY, retiring in 1974. Leah graduated from Brownsville, PA High School, class of 1937. Leah was a Navy wife during World War II. Survivors: her loving husband of 70 years, Clair; two daughters, Mary Schwartzkopf and her husband George of Franklin Township, Dale Badenoch and her husband Robert of Randolph, NJ; a sister, Marguerite Reed of Glen Shaw, PA; three grandchildren, Wendy, Chad and Robert Jr; three great-grandchildren, Justin, Ryan and Chelsea; a great-great-granddaughter, Leah. Services: Will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882.
