So sorry to hear of Richard's passing. He was a faithful member of the Franklin Township Board of Education for many years. He was a tremendous asset to the school and an all-around great guy. He was a little on the quiet side, but when he spoke, everyone listened and took to heart what he had to say. He was a great advocate for the children and always stuck up for the little guy. Such a loss for our community!

May you rest in eternal peace you will be missed. I met my wife because of you telling me to get out of the barn and stop staring at her thru the barn window and to give his niece a hand hooking up a propane bottle. Best advice I ever got I also learned a lot from you and your brother Roger Woolf. I will forever be loyal and loving to all of your family. Just know your chores are done and it's time to rest.
