Obituary of David V Levy

David V. Levy, 70, formerly of Hampton, NJ passed away peacefully on March 10, 2021 at St. St. Luke's Anderson Hospital with his family by his side. David was born on June 24, 1950 in Camden, NJ to the late Israel and Cecelia "Feil" Levy. He graduated from Lincoln Abraham high school in Philadelphia class of 1968. David grew up in Philadelphia, PA before moving to Hampton, NJ. He was employed as a Head End Technician for Comcast Cable in Port Murray, NJ for more than 25 years before his retirement. David's loving wife, Cherrie Levy, passed away in 2012 after 33 years of marriage. He enjoyed traveling, visiting 46 out of the 50 states and loved spending time with his family and friends. David was an exempt member of the Hampton Emergency Squad and past Lieutenant, Treasurer and Director of Equipment. He was a former coordinator for the Office of Emergency Management for the town of Hampton. David was also a former Little League coach and member of the Hampton Recreation Association. David is survived by his two daughters; Melissia Barket and her husband Gregory of East Bangor, PA; Therasa Hutchinson and her husband Geoffery of Belvidere, NJ; two Sons, Albert Schwartz and his wife Lori of Washington, NJ and Bradley Schwartz and his wife Amy of Bangor, PA: 8 grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters and a great grandson.
