I have such fond memories of Mr. Detrick on so many levels. What a great guy, but the important thing to remember is that he has gone on to his reward. Our loss is heaven's gain! At the same time, I am so sorry for the family's temporary loss, but how grateful to have known such a good man! My condolences to all.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was a dear friend to me and my Husband, Bruce. He got us going to The Chapel after we had not gone to church for several years. He was a Godly man and served Jesus for many years. He will be missed by many people as A servant of God. My condolences to all his family. Sandy and Bruce Chambellan.

I will never forget the smile he always wore on his face and the passion he sung with at church. I’ll miss getting one of his hugs whenever I returned home and can’t wait for the day I’ll get one again. He will forever be in our hearts and minds. Love and prayers to the entire Detrick family.

OHHHH so very sad to hear of Bob’s passing. What wonderful fond memories growing up & spending so much time at his house as a kid, and will never forget our week of Family camping along the Delaware & it rained every day!!! Bob & my Dad going to work every day from there....(they were the smart ones!!) I’m glad I was able to attend his “early funeral” a few years ago that he planned so he could be there for it! That was a great idea Bob! You will be missed with your positive attitude & heart ❤️ full of Love!! I’m sure all the Brass Castle guys were waiting for you. Tell my Dad I Love & miss him. My heartfelt sympathy to you Linda, Dave, Allison & Families. Praying for the Lord’s comfort.

Our deepest sympathy to the Detrick family. We enjoyed discussions ( of course wrestling and sports at Washington and Warren Hills High School) with Bob while visiting my father at Chelsea. They could talk hours about sports and the history of the town of Washington. RIP Bob. You will be missed. Diane and Richard Kerr.
