Was just thinking about Louise and saw that she passed. I am sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories growing up across the street from your family. Every year when I see Lily of the Valley's I think of Louise and sitting with her by the front garden while she thinned them out along with the hens and chicks that grew like crazy. She had a way of making you smile on a rainy day. Judy Schlittler Staats

I am a neighbor of Louise's and have been since her husband, Rick, sold us our home in 1969. We were newly married and Louise and Rick would often drop in at our home and were so helpful and friendly to us just getting started in the neighborhood. Louise came over when we had our new front steps put in and she ran up and down on them several times and wished us luck with them. We would have yard sales and she would always be there picking out certain things I am sure she didn't really need but she wanted to participate. The neighborhood will truly miss her presence. Rest in peace, Louise.

They say a visit from a Cardinal is a visit from Heaven. Look who came to visit, one male and one female cardinal. I believe it is a sign mom and dad are together in Heaven.

Louise, I'm going to miss your happy bubbly personality.
Louise managed to light up any room with her presence. Everyday with Louise was never a dull moment. I remember, every time we went to the CVS store in town, the staff would stop and say "here comes trouble, trouble". Then Louise would start doing a jazzy dance for them and everyone would cheerfully cheer her on with a smile. She was a classy, flashy and friendly lady with many jokes, which always kept you laughing. What a Gem. She loved nature and all sorts of animals including her birds. She would spend several hours attending and enjoying her beautiful garden and her fish pond. Louise loved her family from the bottom of her heart. Every morning, before we left to go to the Adult Day Center, She would say a prayer for her Family's safety. She was very proud of her Children and always spoke very highly of them. Louise was a spirited woman. She was my friend and companion. I will miss her! dearly. She will always hold a special place in my heart.

OMG so many great memories with Rick, Louise and this family. Watching the first man step onto the moon on their color TV, seeing the kid’s and grand kid’s growth chart on the corner of the kitchen wall and Louise’s Duck, that protected the yard. The road trips Rick and Louise would take up to NH to visit us, because it was a nice weekend and we wanted to get out and go for a ride. She was always smiling and happy to see you. Looking into the kitchen and seeing Louise, Kathy, Stef, Rose, Antoinette, and Phyllis in the kitchen laughing to tears over something said, at our Saturday night pinochle games. We had so much fun there! I will always remember the good times and how she made me feel like I was part of the family.

I will always have fond memories of Louise at the Adult Day Center of Somerset County. She loved coming to the Center, and was our best ambassador. Whenever someone walked in to the Center that she didn't recognize, she would approach them and tell them how wonderful the Center was, and that she really thought they should come there. She loved to be in any photos that were taken...front and center!!I And, of course, I will always remember her jewelry!!!
Spica and Richard - my sincerest sympathies to you, and to the rest of your family. Rest in peace, "Weezy".

My last grandparent, Louise Mazzariello, passed away yesterday morning, 4/6, at 92 years old in Bridgewater. ❤️ A very special woman, intelligent, strong willed, life of the party, scrabble expert, who loved making other people smile. She always had her hair done, makeup, nails painted bright red, high heels, and maximum jewelry. She’ll be missed by everyone who knew her, but I’m at peace knowing she’s out of the nursing home and back with my Grandpa. They first met at a local dance and then he walked all the way from Bound Brook to Manville in a snowstorm to see her again. They were perfect together. RIP Grandma - You are my Sunshine.

My mom was a proud woman. She was a child of the Great Depression and carried the frugalities she learned throughout her life. We learned to save our pennies, flatten tin foil for its next use, play in the backyard, wear hand-me-downs, and share one bathroom. She taught us to draw and to read and write before we went to school. She encouraged us to do our best. We played games and did puzzles and ate dinner together and went for rides in the car. We went to church on Sunday and ate donuts afterwards. We had chores to do marked on a calendar and learned to be honest and hard working and responsible. She loved gardening and dragon flies and ponds with fish. She loved to wear several pieces of jewelry at one time. She was always unique and true to herself. May she Rest In Peace and love with God and her husband and siblings.

Such beautiful smiles - both of them were always laughing or smiling. Such joyful people to know and to visit. Their door was always open, and at their kitchen table, the seats were often occupied with visitors. Rick and Louise left the world a better place. Their children and their families - all amazing - each in their own ways, speak to the beauty of their efforts. Rest In Peace dear Louise, your tasks here on earth are now complete. Well done... Michael
