Obituary of Jean T Stiers

Jean T. Stiers, 83, of White Township passed away peacefully on February 29, 2020 at home with her family by her side. Jean was born on September 26, 1936 in Manhattan, NY to the late Alexander and Catherine Taylor. Jean was employed as a clerk for National Cold Storage Co retiring in 1983. Her beloved husband Thomas passed away in 2003. She enjoyed gambling at the casinos, playing cards and Rummy. She liked 50s music, dancing and cooking. Jean loved her family and her dogs. She is survived by her loving children, a son, Thomas E. Stiers III; a daughter, Katherine Bosco and her husband David; a sister, Geraldine Schultz and 2 grandchildren, Nicole and Derrick. In addition to her husband Jean was preceded in death by a sister Margaret Miller-Loy. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday March 7, 2020 from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 12:30 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
